Kim’s Original Shortbread is more than just a biscuit, it’s a recipe with a story. Kim’s shortbread journey began back in 2007, baking for family and friends and carefully perfecting that unmistakable buttery, crumbly bite.

When Kim joined Cake Box, she brought a batch of her homemade shortbread into work. It didn’t last long. The team loved it so much they insisted it was too good not to share, and that’s how Kim’s original recipe became part of Cake Box.
